Management with Pricing That Fits You

​Placement Only:

  • New Tenant Finder’s Fee: 100% of one month's rent​

13 Units or Less Managed:

  • Management Fee: 10% or $100 per unit per month

  • Repair Service Fee: 10% of the gross value of work completed (no charge for in-house maintenance)

  • New Tenant Finder’s Fee: 50% of one month’s rent

  • Lease Renewal Fee: 25% of one month’s rent

14 Units or More Managed:

  • Management Fee: 8% or $100 per unit per month

  • Repair Service Fee: 10% of the gross value of work completed (no charge for in-house maintenance)

  • New Tenant Finder’s Fee: 50% of one month’s rent

  • Lease Renewal Fee: 20% of one month’s rent
